New Teacher Coaching and Mentoring

New teachers are required to perform the same duties as experienced teachers, with the same level of expertise. However, they lack the same degree of experience, and often receive very little support. The demands of teaching are so great, that one-third of new teachers leave the profession within three years and 50% leave within five years[1]. Those, who choose to “stick it out,” usually struggle and student achievement is negatively impacted.
Our New Teacher Coaching & Mentoring Program is designed to help new teachers focus on student achievement, by effectively implementing researched-based strategies. We provide:
Online and/or in-person, high-quality coaching and state-aligned mentoring that is designed to support new teacahers in addressing common challenges related to delivering content, implementing best instructional practices, effective classroom management techniques, and time management. Individual or group support is available.
